完成规定任务参加笔试通过结业面试
考核包括：过程性学习任务（观课报告、教案设计、试讲反馈）、笔试（语言知识、情境题、案例分析），以及结业面试（印尼语自我介绍、试讲、情境题）。最终通过标准以项目方公布为准。
未来计划：推动 MTCIS 证书获得印尼国家标准官方认可。Planned: to seek official recognition under Indonesian national standards.
常见问题
FAQ我没有教学经验，可以申请吗？
可以。课程就是为“中文好、但还没系统学过教学”的人设计的，每一步都有示范、练习和反馈。Yes. The course is built for people with strong Chinese but no teacher training.
MTCIS 培养什么样的老师？
在线上教印尼学习者学基础中文（HSK 1–2）的老师。Teachers who teach beginner Chinese (HSK 1–2) to Indonesian learners online.
可以边工作边学吗？
可以。直播在周二 19:00–21:00 与周五 18:30–21:30（WIB），另有每周约 1 小时自学；综合实践另有安排。Yes. Live sessions are on Tuesday and Friday evenings (WIB), plus about 1 hour of self-study per week.
全程线上吗？需要什么设备？
是，100% 线上。需要能开摄像头的电脑、稳定的网络和安静的环境；上课需全程开镜头。Yes, 100% online. You need a computer with a camera, stable internet and a quiet space.
奖学金怎么申请？
提交申请时即同时申请奖学金。符合三项申请资格并通过筛选和面试后，由 YTMI 确定资助等级。Your application is also your scholarship application; YTMI decides the tier after screening and interview.
什么时候缴费？可以退款吗？
面试通过后才缴费，最晚在开课前 14 天。缴费后概不退还，也不可转让。Pay only after passing the interview. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
拿到证书就能在 IndoPanda 当老师吗？
MTCIS 学员可优先参加 IndoPanda 教师选拔，但不代表自动录用。实际录用与发展以 IndoPanda 的招聘要求和选拔结果为准。Graduates get priority in IndoPanda's teacher selection, but hiring is not automatic.
MTCIS 证书是国家认证吗？
目前由主办方颁发。我们计划推动 MTCIS 证书依据印尼国家标准获得官方认可。It is currently issued by the organiser; we plan to seek recognition under Indonesian national standards.
